General Requirements for All Auditors
Educational Background
  • Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Advanced degrees preferred for technical standards
  • Recognized professional qualifications
Work Experience
  • Minimum 5 years professional experience
  • At least 2 years in technical/managerial role
  • Sector-specific experience as required
Auditor Training
  • Formal auditor/lead auditor course (min 40 hours)
  • Standard-specific training
  • Witness audits and mentoring
Audit Experience
  • Completion of minimum 4 full audits (20 days)
  • Witnessed and approved by qualified auditor
  • Covering complete audit cycle
Technical Sector Competence
