Fair and Transparent Resolution
Overview
Infinity Quality Company is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent appeals process for all certification decisions. Any client who disagrees with a certification decision has the right to appeal within 30 days of receiving the decision.
Appeals Timeline
Multi-Level Review Process
Operations Manager Review
Initial review of the appeal by the Operations Manager who will assess the grounds for appeal and gather relevant documentation.
Director of Operations Review
Comprehensive evaluation by the Director of Operations to ensure all aspects of the appeal are thoroughly examined.
Managing Director Review
Final internal review by the Managing Director to ensure fair and impartial decision-making.
Accreditation Body Escalation
If the appeal is not resolved satisfactorily through internal channels, the client has the right to escalate to the Accreditation Body for final resolution.
How to Submit an Appeal
- Submit your appeal in writing to our Operations Department
- Clearly state the grounds for your appeal
- Include all relevant supporting documentation
- Provide your contact information for communication
